Question 1

What is wearefound.ai?

Accepted Answer

wearefound.ai is a small studio in San Diego that helps a local business get found and recommended when people ask AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini or Google’s AI for a recommendation. We find what people near you actually ask, check what AI says, and fix what keeps it from naming you.

Question 2

Do I need a new website?

Accepted Answer

No. Nothing we do is a redesign. We add what AI needs to the site you already have: your business details, answers to the questions people ask, and a short guide for AI.

Question 3

What’s in the free preview?

Accepted Answer

Enter your website and see, right away, what AI can and can’t read about you and your biggest gap. No signup.

Question 4

What’s in the $100 report?

Accepted Answer

A short presentation, ready in about 15 minutes: what people near you actually ask about what you do, how often ChatGPT and Gemini name you and who they name instead, your biggest gaps, and the three moves that would change it. The $100 is credited if you have us do the work.

Question 5

What does the $2,500 implementation include?

Accepted Answer

We put every fix in place: your business details for AI, answers to your customers’ questions, a guide for AI (llms.txt) where your platform allows it, AI assistants let in, and your details matched on Google, Apple, Bing and Yelp. Then we ask the same questions at 30 days and show you what changed. It includes a walkthrough call. If you bought the report, the $100 is credited.

Question 6

How long until I see results?

Accepted Answer

The changes themselves take days. AI assistants refresh what they know on their own schedule, so we measure at launch and again at 30 days. Some answers move quickly; others take longer.

Question 7

Can you guarantee AI will recommend me?

Accepted Answer

No one honestly can. AI assistants decide for themselves. What we guarantee is the work, and an honest before-and-after with the same questions.

Question 8

What is llms.txt?

Accepted Answer

A short plain-text file at the top level of your website that tells AI, in plain words, who you are, what you offer and how to book. It’s new and simple. We write it for you, and on platforms that can’t host it, we put the same facts where AI reads them.

Question 9

What access do you need?

Accepted Answer

Manager access on your Google, Apple, Bing and Yelp listings (they each let you add us; we never ask for a password), and either access to your website or the name of whoever runs it. We send them a step-by-step page written for your platform.

Question 10

Which website platforms do you work with?

Accepted Answer

All of them: Squarespace, Shopify, Wix, WordPress, Webflow and custom sites. The steps differ a little by platform, and we handle that.

Question 11

What if AI says something wrong about my business?

Accepted Answer

It happens a lot: old hours, a previous address, even “permanently closed.” Assistants repeat what they find in listings and directories. We trace where it came from and correct it there, so the fix sticks.

Question 12

Is this just SEO with a new name?

Accepted Answer

It overlaps, but the stakes are different. Search shows ten links. An assistant names three to five businesses and the rest are invisible. The work is about clarity, consistency and real answers to real questions.

Question 13

Who are you?

Accepted Answer

A small AI-visibility studio in San Diego. We help independent local businesses get found and recommended by AI: salons, spas, studios, shops and practices. Fixed scope, fixed price.
